Comparative Politics Project
We will finish out the semester by taking the information you have learned in here and comparing it to the governments of other countries. This project will be worth 40 points.
You can pick any country other than the United States but this is on a first come, first serve basis. If someone else picks the country you want before you do, you must choose another. Everyone must have different countries… There are enough to go around.
Your job is to construct a pamphlet in which you explain the way your political system works. Each person must:
· Create a pamphlet to hand out that summarizes and provides examples from your section. This pamphlet is to be tri-folded. It must be typed and include:
· Create a power point that represents your political system that includes on the information that can be found in your pamphlet. (10 points)
Suggested use of time:
Day 1: Find websites that deal with your country. Take notes on the section as you go. Design the pamphlet.
Day 2: Use Microsoft Word to create a pamphlet and send to me electronically. Then begin constructing a power point presentation that explains your government more completely.
Day 3: Finish pamphlets and power points.
